Terms and Conditions for Simply Flowers Website
We take great care to ensure that the everyday orders we send out are also something we would be pleased to receive and that they are safely delivered. Here are some guidelines to help you, before you entrust an order with us:
1. For the sake of clarity
1.1. Products shall mean the items that are available for sale on this website and any other substitute items, which will be at our discretion.
1.2. To order Products through this website you must be at least 18 years of age.
2. Au Naturale
2.1. What you receive will be different from the pictures on our product pages, as even the same flowers in the same color will have peculiarities in shade and tone. Such is the virtue of nature.
2.2. Certain flower and plant products may be delivered in bud stage to ensure longer life.
2.3. All orders are subject to availability. In the event of any supply difficulties, we reserve the right to substitute with a product of equivalent value and quality without notice.
2.4. We are happy to take responsibility of the quality of the product up until the time of delivery.
2.5. In the unlikely event that we are unable to supply all or part of your order (the product or any substitute product), we shall notify you as soon as possible and reimburse the payment made towards the sale of the products in full no later than 30 days after the intended delivery date.
2.6. We shall not be responsible for any other losses, which may have been incurred directly or indirectly due to the unavailability of the products pursuant to clause 2.5 of these Terms & Conditions.
3. Price and Payments
3.1. All prices (flowers, related goods, delivery, etc) listed on our website are quoted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and inclusive of the prevailing GST.
3.2. These prices are valid for a maximum of 14 days from the day of the order, but is subject to change during peak periods and to accommodate the seasonal availability of some flowers.
3.3. Full payment is required when placing your order in our online shop.
3.4. All our online payment transactions are accepted by major credit/debit cards.
4. Because We Care
4.1. All personal details provided of yourself and/or any a third party shall be strictly confidential.
4.2. Through the e-mail address provided to us by yourself while making the order, you will receive an e-mail confirmation of your order. The issuance of this e-mail shall signify confirmation of the order. In the unlikely event that you do not receive an e-mail confirmation, you may contact us through the “contact us” details provided on this website.
4.3. We may update this page of Terms and Conditions at our discretion. Please check back this page and the links within to ensure that you are fully aware of any change.
5.1. All orders are available for Karachi delivery only.
5.2 Please ensure that the recipient or a representative is available in the address provided and time frame selected for delivery.
5.3 If at the time of delivery, no recipient or representative is available to receive the flowers, our driver will call the recipient and/or you for further instructions. If both yourself and recipient cannot be contacted via telephone within 15 minutes of the driver’s arrival and the driver is unable to find someone to accept delivery they will bring the delivery back to the Simply Flowers shop and leave a card at the address for the recipient to make contact.
5.4 At the time of delivery we also may not be able to produce an authorized signature as proof of delivery, if it is not received directly by the intended recipient.
5.5 Please note, we are only responsible for delivering to the address you state on the order form of this website.
5.5 Where the delivery driver is unable to find someone to accept delivery they will bring the delivery back to the Simply Flowers shop and leave a card at the address for the recipient to make contact.
5.6 Selected products are not available for delivery to certain areas – where possible we will advise you of these restrictions before you place your order.
5.7 For urgent, same day deliveries, please call +923008254929 to check on earliest delivery schedule availability.
6.1. As all our work is made-to-order, we cannot offer a refund on your purchase unless it is amended or cancelled up to 5 working days before the intended delivery date.
6.2. To amend or cancel your order, please contact Simply Flowers from 10am until 5pm Monday to Friday using the contact details set out in Section 7 below.
6.3. Orders may not be cancelled on or after the requested order delivery date.

7.2. If there is a quality issue or if you received a wrong item, please contact us immediately or within one working day from receiving the product. Describe the problem and where possible, send us an image, so that we can offer you a resolution as efficiently as possible.
Whilst we agree to use all reasonable endeavors to ensure that the Simply Flowers site is fully operational and error-free we cannot guarantee this and, therefore, accept no responsibility for any defects and/or interruption of the Simply Flowers Site and shall be released from our obligations under these Terms and Conditions in the event of any cause beyond our reasonable control which renders the provision of the Simply Flowers Site impossible or impractical.

By using this website, you signify your acceptance of the Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to any of the Terms and Conditions, please refrain from using this website. Your continued usage of this website will deem your acceptance.
